CricPlus Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

CricPlus (cricplus.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi users. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between CricPlus and its users. By accessing the CricPlus website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. CricPlus reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

CricPlus's Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the cricplus.ws domain. Any other site or platform using the CricPlus name is fraudulent and is not governed by these Terms.

The following requirements must be met to create an account on CricPlus:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required as proof of age during registration.
• Each person is allowed one account only. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and your own. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws of your country of residence.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

CricPlus reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or appears suspicious. Failure to cooperate with the account verification (KYC) process may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

CricPlus currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Identity Verification: The payment method used must be registered in the account holder's own name.
• Processing Time: Deposits are instant. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Limits: The maximum withdrawal is BDT 1,00,000 per day. This limit may differ for VIP members.
• Anti-Money Laundering: CricPlus complies with international AML regulations. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities where required.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Additional verification may be required for large first-time withdrawals, as part of CricPlus's security policy.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on CricPlus:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless CricPlus voids it.
• Odds on any live bet change in real time once an event has started. Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If a match is abandoned or not completed under the applicable rules, CricPlus may void the relevant bets and refund the original stake.
• If erroneous odds are displayed in any betting market, CricPlus reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• CricPlus may void any bet won on an event linked to match-fixing or any other form of misconduct.

Under CricPlus's Terms and Conditions, bets placed based on results or odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system malfunction may not be counted. In such cases, the user's original stake will be refunded.

CricPlus regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. You are required to read the specific terms of each offer before using it.

• Welcome Bonus: New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum wagering requirement of 10x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or by exploiting loopholes will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Cashback & Reload: Weekly cashback and reload bonuses apply to eligible accounts only. CricPlus reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CricPlus platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any other form of misconduct.
• Exploiting promotional offers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds or engaging in money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on CricPlus systems.
• Opening an account using a false identity or stolen identification documents.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where necessary, notification of law enforcement authorities. CricPlus's decision in such matters is final.

CricPlus may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon detection of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• At the user's own request.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in a permanently closed account will be returned to the user, unless the funds are found to have been obtained improperly. To dispute an account closure, contact us at support@cricplus.ws within 30 days.

CricPlus accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a bet or failed transaction due to an internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by server outages on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Login credentials exposed due to the user's own negligence.

However, CricPlus accepts full liability for errors caused by its own technical systems. In such cases, the affected user will be refunded their original stake. The maximum compensation claimable against CricPlus is limited to the amount lost in the relevant incident.

CricPlus takes the protection of users' personal data very seriously. A summary of our data collection and usage policy is outlined below:

• Information collected during registration and verification is used solely to improve CricPlus services and ensure platform security.
• Users' personal or financial information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• As part of our legal obligations, information may be disclosed to government authorities upon request.

CricPlus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will follow the process outlined below:

• Users will be notified in advance by email or SMS of any significant changes.
• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with any changes, you may request to close your account.

CricPlus believes betting is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to preventing problem gambling.

• Deposit Limit Settings: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for any period between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders to track your betting time and spending.
